Trane Germany signs the first hit with the new Sintesis™ Advantage
Only a few months after the official launch of the brand new Air-Cooled Scroll Chiller “Sintesis™ Advantage”, the first order has already been secured thanks to the Trane Germany team.
C&A, a well-known international fashion retail chain, commissioned a new cooling system to be installed in one of their retail stores in Cologne in replacement of their existing chiller. The store was equipped with an old JCI York chiller suffering compressor failures, making it necessary for a new unit.
The road to success
The competitive scene was not easy. Many manufacturers were considered for this job like RC Group, Carrier, Climaveneta, and York. Since a York chiller was already installed, they were considered the preferred supplier by the customer.
Thanks to their solid and loyal relationship built on trust and expertise with the mechanical contractor GfKK in charge of this job, the German team earned the chance to make their proposal for the project.
The unit proposed to cool down the C&A retail store was the new CGAF 080 HELN, a unit able to deliver 293 kW of cooling capacity, along with an EER of 3.25 and ESEER of 4.21, and last but not least, a sound power level of only 87 dB(A).
The key factor that led to the win of this project and opened the way in the market for the Sintesis™ Advantage were certainly the market-leading performances: “Efficiency was the key requirement in this project and thanks to the higher EER and ESEER of CGAF, we were the best offer on the table. Along with that, the unit had a smaller footprint than the existing chiller and significant competitor alternatives,” explains Bastian Sauermann, Sales Manager for West Region Germany. But that was just a piece in the puzzle. Trane offer was more interesting than any other supplier by combining superior performances with short delivery time and a competitive price.
Once again, Trane’s technical expertise, professionalism and exceptional product quality made the difference. Congratulations to the German Team for their first win with the brand new Sintesis™Advantage!
